About Us

HCI Construction is a subsidiary of Ho-Chunk, Inc., the economic development company of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. Ho-Chunk, Inc.’s mission is to provide long-term economic development for the Winnebago Tribe and job opportunities for Tribal members.

HCI Construction was launched in 1999 to provide needed housing on the Winnebago Reservation and to offer general contracting and construction services to organizations throughout the region.

HCI Construction has built a reputation on superior craftsmanship, excellent customer service and cost-effective project management. Our dedicated staff have worked on a wide range of projects throughout the upper Midwest. We have experience in commercial, industrial, design/build, renovation, residential and government contracting projects, large and small.
